300ml fresh Apple Juice
100ml Mr Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

You will also need some silicon moulds, ones for cake pops are suitable, but any will do.

1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and whisk while slowly boiling until fully combined. (Cinnamon and turmeric powder measurements are a recommendation, you can add more or less to taste depending on your preference).
2. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into the moulds (if you have a baster or similar, this is much easier, if not then try a spoon or measuring jug).
3. Place the mould(s) into the freezer for around 50mins, then into a fridge for at least 20mins.
4. Enjoy!
