This delicious Double Cream is versatile and very rich in flavour and texture. Its higher fat content (48%) means it can withstand boiling and whipping. It can just as easily be poured onto desserts too! It's perfect for those who want a thicker, creamier dish or dessert.
Drawing on over 50 years of dairying experience Longley Farm chose from Jersey herds to give their luxury cream its rich flavour and texture. The pasteurised fresh luxury jersey cream range consists of pouring fresh single cream and extra rich fresh double cream.
Longley Farm based in Holmfirth Yorkshire, perhaps best known as the location for the 80’s TV series 'The Last of the Summer Wine', has been producing prize-winning yoghurt, milks and creams for over 40 years. The range includes natural and bio, fruit and plain yoghurts. Their famous fruit yoghurts are free from additives, preservatives or colour. Blending their unique production methods to produce 'real' yoghurt, fresh single, double cream, cottage cheeses or milk.
All cream should be refrigerated and used within 3 days of opening.
Always make sure the plastic lid is fixed properly between use.
