Direction for Use:       

Use Urban Antidotes Level 1 Re-Energize Shampoo and clean the scalp, followed by the Urban Antidotes Level 1 Re-Energize Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends of hair. 

Gently apply over the complete length and leave up to 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
