Delivery Information

Depending on your basket value and service, you may see a delivery fee added at checkout, these are summarised here and, in the table, below.

Delivery is free on orders over £40 on a Next Weekday Service. There is a delivery fee of £6.50 on orders between £0-£39.99.

If you have opted for our Saturday or Sunday Service, delivery is £6.99 for orders over £40, or £10.99 for orders between £20-£39.99.

Saturday Deliveries

Cut-off for placing your order for a Saturday delivery is 1pm Friday, to ensure the fresh produce element for your order is delivered to you the next day to ensure its full freshness.

Sunday Deliveries

Cut-off for placing your order for Sunday delivery is 1pm Saturday, to ensure the fresh produce element for your order is delivered to you the next day to ensure its full freshness.

Our couriers will send you regular notifications about your order and can track your box to your door.

Deliveries may experience some delays over public holidays. We will do our best to keep you up to date with the latest information on your order.

When can I expect my delivery?

Orders are sent on a next business day service unless you select our Saturday or Sunday delivery service.


Cut off for order placing for next day delivery is 1pm Monday to Friday.


Customers placing an order between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday have the option between Express Saturday Delivery or Next Weekday Delivery, which will arrive on Monday.

Orders placed between 4 pm Friday and 4 pm Saturday will arrive on Monday.

Orders placed between 4 pm Saturday and 1 pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

What happens if I’m not going to be at home for my specified delivery slot?

We want to make your life simpler and don’t believe in having you wait around for your order. If you are not going to be in, then you can specify delivery instructions with our courier via your order tracking page or just reach out to our team at The Green Berry & we can support you:

Alternative delivery options with DPD

- Leave at specified neighbour's address.
- Leave in a designated safe space.
- Deliver on a different date.
- Collect your box from a local DPD drop-off point.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

DPD will usually reschedule delivery for the next available delivery date. Please know that on occasions, due to a new DPD policy, if you miss your delivery on the first attempt, your order might be sent to your local DPD pick-up shop for collection. If you're not going to be in on the day of your delivery, we'd advise you to re-schedule your delivery using dpd tracking details.
