Traditionally Gnocchi Di Patate is cooked on a Sunday and served baked with a good Neapolitan sauce and mozzarella cheese, a well-known dish called "Gnocchi alla Sorrentina.

Ingredients
Potato Puree (Water and Potato Flakes Equal to 85% of Potatoes, Emulsifier: E471), Wheat Flour, Salt, Flavouring, Rice Flour, Acidity Regulator: Glucono-Delta-Lactone (E575), Preservative: Sorbic Acid (E200)
Cooking time 2 minutes.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add salt if required.
Keeping the water at a rolling boil add the amount of Gnocchi needed.
Strain when they float to the top of the water and serve with sauce and grated cheese.
